Ps4 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms governing use of the ps4 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ps4 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ps4 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ps4 as the platform operator. They apply to all users without exception, including unregistered visitors, registered members, and anyone accessing the platform via mobile app or web browser.
Ps4 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via the website or app, and continued use after such notice will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

- Malaysian citizen or resident
- Have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement
- Not prohibited by local law from using this platform
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user may only hold one active account at any time. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ps4 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including valid identification documents. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. ps4 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the ps4 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action as well as legal proceedings:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or exploit the platform
- Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes unlawfully or colluding with other players
- Distributing content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
- Abusing the bonus or promotions system with the intent to gain an unfair advantage
Ps4 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending platform access without prior notice.
Ps4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any condition set out in this document
- Inaccurate or false registration details
- Fraudulent activity or attempts to exploit the system
- User request to close their own account
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the ps4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their ps4 account are from a legitimate source and belong to the user themselves.
Deposits will be credited to your account within a set timeframe depending on the payment method used. ps4 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors, including banks or digital wallet providers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ps4 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals while an investigation is conducted if suspicious activity is detected on the account. Any applicable fees or taxes under Malaysian law are solely the user's responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Ps4 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including betting losses, technical service disruptions, or unauthorised third-party access beyond the platform's control. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis.
All content on the ps4 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and code — is the exclusive property of ps4 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
The ps4 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. ps4 has no control over the content or practices of those services and is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from the use of such third-party services.
6. Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the ps4 platform or these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
Ps4 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice to users. Notice of changes will be published on the official website and/or sent to registered users via designated communication channels.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
